The President of blueechoav.com founded Blue Echo Audio Video because of his ongoing passion for Consumer Electronics, and the dissatisfaction he experienced from online shopping. He was an early adopter of online shopping, and through the years it seemed that no one offered everything in one location. Either they had great customer service, but poor selection or a difficult to use website. If the website was great, customer service was lacking. Then there was the issue of security concerns, or sites that misrepresent products, selling grey market or b-stock items in place of the new items that were advertised. There wasn't one place you could go to find everything, somewhere that had a true sense of community.

With over 20 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, he decided to start a place that would offer everything in one location while also offering a community website where you can visit without the thought of purchasing anything, just to read something interesting, research a product or learn how to do something. About 15 of those years were spent working for one of the nation's leading mid to high end Consumer Electronics retailers. When he started working for the company, it was considered "The Company" to work for in the Consumer Electronics industry, with a reputation for having the best customer service, most knowledgeable salespeople, and a great selection of mid to high end product. Working for this company shaped his desire to provide the best customer service available anywhere, and he carries this tradition with him to blueechoav.com His experience there includes Mobile Electronics and Audio Video sales, sales and design of Custom Installation projects (whole house systems, etc), Human Resources Recruiter, and General Manager.
