Shipping and Delivery...
Flat Rate Shipping:
Blue Echo Audio Video charges a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $10.00 PER ORDER on most items we sell that can be delivered within the Continental United States (lower 48 States) using standard ground services. Certain exceptions require additional shipping charges, including, but not limited to orders and items over 70 pounds, TVs larger than 27 inches, fragile items, items that require special handling, or items that cannot be shipped using standard ground services. The shipping charges for items that do not qualify for the $10.00 flat-rate will vary by product. Items that do not qualify will indicate such on the product’s detail page, along with the shipping charge for that item.
Items are shipped from warehouse locations across the country, and we will select the closest warehouse possible to get your order delivered as soon as possible. In most cases, we use UPS Ground services for delivery. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice to deliver your package. In-stock items normally ship within one to two business days, and normally take between 5 and 7 business days to arrive. Once we have given the item to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for natural disasters, catastrophes, or errors on the delivery company’s part. If you feel that your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help. You can visit the “order status” link enter your e-mail address and order number to view the current status of your order, along with tracking information when available.
Freight and Special Delivery:
Items that don’t qualify for the $10.00 flat-rate will be shipped using an alternative shipping method. In most cases, these items will be shipped using Freight Services. Items shipped this way will typically take longer than standard shipping, and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after your order is processed. The shipping charge for these items will vary by item and will be posted on the products detail page. The shipping company will contact you to arrange for delivery. The basic charge for delivery includes curbside delivery. This means you are responsible for moving the product from the curbside to the inside of your home. If you need help doing this, or if you’d prefer white-glove service (deliver inside, unbox, basic setup, remove all debris), these services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for details. It is best to make arrangements ahead of time if you need help carrying items inside your home.
Free Shipping:
Shipping Damages:
Most of our small to mid items are shipped UPS, while larger items are usually shipped via carefully selected, experienced freight companies. Please make sure to carefully inspect each item BEFORE signing that you have accepted delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives that has been damaged by shipping, please refuse the shipment if the damage is external and DO NOT SIGN for the shipment. If the outside of the packaging does not appear damaged, and you notice internal damage, please contact us with 24 hours of signing for the package. Under no circumstances can we accept your damage claim after 24 hours from the date of signature of receipt. Blueechoav.com will, at its sole discretion, ship a replacement unit or issue a full refund, when and if the claim has been settled with the shipping company.
Expedited Shipping:
US customers have the option of choosing UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select Service on most items for an additional fee. In order to get these items to you as quickly as possible, we ask that you call us directly or email us with your request for expedited shipping. We will make every effort to process the order as quickly as possible.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are shipped via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air since ground service is not available to these areas. Please contact us for delivery in these areas.
Exclusions:
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes, or Prison/Correctional Facilities.
We do not accept international orders or international Credit Cards. All orders place from outside of the United States or with an international credit card will be cancelled.
